The advertised activities include a DJ on Second Street, trick-or-treating, a bounce house sponsored by Hastings Public House and Golf Club, mini golf, hot chocolate and balloon art at The Studio Downtown. Lock and Dam Eatery offers cotton candy, while trunk-or-treat vehicles gather on Sibley Street. Pumpkin decorating at 2nd Street Depot carries an additional charge.
