Learn fundamental gymnastics spotting techniques together in a supervised clinic for one parent and one athlete. The gymnast must be at advanced beginner level or above, and the registration section lists a minimum age of 7. No prior spotting experience is needed. Coaches demonstrate body positioning, communication, safe progressions and age-appropriate spotting methods, including how to decide when a skill should or should not be spotted. The clinic also addresses supporting skill development at home while maintaining the role of professional coaching. Gymnasts should wear a leotard or tight-fitting athletic clothes. The session meets Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Central Time at Tiger Legacy and Learning Center, 510 Walnut Street, Farmington. One $25 registration covers one parent and one athlete. An enrollment link was available when checked on October 3, 2026.
