Create & Chill is a relaxed art-making session for teens ages 12–18 at Prior Lake Library. The library provides free supplies for participants to use on their creative projects. This October 27 activity is part of the Tuesday TeenTober program and runs from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Prior Lake Large Meeting Room at 16210 Eagle Creek Avenue Southeast.
