This October 16 educator-focused session explores teaching the history with accuracy, empathy, and cultural understanding, while centering Native voices and the resilience of Native communities. All educators are welcome; middle and high school teachers of history, social studies, Native American studies, language arts, and related subjects may find the discussion particularly useful. Registration is offered online. The presentation is at Hoċokata Ṫi, 2300 Tiwahe Circle.
