Follow clues around The Landing to find farm animals waiting to be fed during this free family program on October 13. The morning activity runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and combines an animal scavenger hunt with autumn exploration. Weather permitting, children can find leaf piles for jumping, choose a favorite leaf, and make a leaf-rubbing artwork. The Readmobile, a library on wheels, will be part of the event with books, literacy activities, and snacks. The program is especially suited to children ages 3–8, and all family members are welcome. Drop-in participation is possible; registration is recommended so families receive weather updates and cancellation notices. Three Rivers Park District presents the program with Scott County Library and CAP Agency at 2187 County Road 101.
