Celebrate Halloween with Shakopee Parks and Recreation at Huber Park on October 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. This annual, family-friendly gathering invites families to come in costume for games, activity booths, prizes, animals, and candy. Food trucks will be present, and the city's program description also features dancing and crafts in a not-too-spooky atmosphere. Admission is free and no registration is required. The event takes place outdoors at 150 Fillmore Street North in Shakopee.
