Strength and Balance is a Silver Sneakers fitness offering at the Lakeville Heritage Center. The October 2026 calendar lists classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at both 10 and 11 a.m. Nonmembers pay $5 per class. The Heritage Center is at 20110 Holyoke Avenue.
